GET/v1/user/following1 Credit / user (min 10 Credits)($0.10 / 1K followings)

Paginated list of accounts that a creator follows (data.followings), up to 200 per request. Pass data.min_time as time for subsequent pages.

503: Temporary upstream or gateway error (not charged). Retry with exponential backoff.
